Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A deposit is required to secure your booking. No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals (10-15 minutes) will be charged an additional $15. After 15 minutes, you will be considered a no show and will be charged accordingly along with appointment cancellation. Cancellations less than 48 hours notice will forfeit their deposit. Emergencies are understood and will be handled on a case by case basis.
