Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A deposit is required to secure your booking. No-shows (missing an appointment without notice) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Late arrivals (15 minutes) will be charged an additional 20% of the scheduled service. After 20 minutes, you will be considered a no show and will be charged accordingly along with appointment cancellation. Cancellations less than 24 hours notice will be charged 20% of scheduled service. Emergencies are understood and will be handled on a case by case basis.
